Sales Margin Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As our Sales Margin Manager, your essential duties will include:

  • Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Sales, ensuring close alignment with our strategic goals.

  • Mastering end-of-month reports and sales tracking to uncover vital insights.

  • Skillfully managing sales margins, GP percentages, dollars, and more across various dimensions like company, salesperson, customer, and product.

  • Leading and overseeing Customer Price Analysis and Sales Program Pricing Analysis to drive informed decision-making.

  • Managing Price Contracts and Customer Rebate Programs to optimize profitability.

  • Evaluating, analyzing, and refining customer rebate programs for maximum effectiveness.

  • Vigilantly monitoring costs, promotional allowances, and pricing to strike the right balance between profit expectations and sales growth.

  • Conducting daily margin reviews at the customer and item levels to ensure optimal adjusted gross profit.

  • Providing technical expertise, exceptional customer relations, and effective personnel management for major projects and programs.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 2+ years of valuable experience in Foodservice Distribution Sales or Foodservice Margin Management.

  • A solid track record of success in profit optimization and sales growth.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Salary Range: 50K-60K (with potential bonuses)
